First, we listen to you…

The landscape design is tailored to fit your wants, needs, and style.
Smaller jobs that do not require a formal landscape design are bid on with only a sketch. Larger projects involve more attention and need a blue print. This assures us that you will be happy with the end results of your job. A well thought out landscape plan also gives the option to phase the project in over a number of years.

We are organized and develop a plan of action before starting the job. This minimizes on the job changes and allows use to be effective in the construction process.

We are easy to work with…

We communicate with you on a daily basis or “as needed” schedule throughout the job. We value your input. The health of your plant material is monitored after planting, and we make sure you know how to care for it.

We are experienced at what we do and complete jobs in a professional manner.

We want you to use and be proud of your new landscape!

Payment Structure

We provide a written itemized proposal for your project:

• 1/3 of the project cost is due on signing so we can get you on the schedule.
• 1/3 payment is due upon materials delivered on site and work has started.
• Balance is due upon completion.
